ROLE OVERVIEW
Are you an experienced Account Executive with a passion for managing corporate clients? Lawes are partnering with a leading global broker who are recruiting for a Corporate Account Executive to join their team in Leicester.
Our client is also considering experienced Commercial Account Handlers who would like to take a step into an Account Executive position. This role comes with a generous book of business to inherit, with a strong emphasis on client engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Foster strong, trusted, and profitable client relationships
- Tailor Insurance products to meet client needs
- Engage with clients through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and video calls, networking events
- Conduct networking and prospecting activities to expand the client portfolio
- Offer diverse solutions from a wide range of brands and products within the business
QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, with expertise in client relationship management and core lines of commercial risks.
- ACII qualification or equivalent, desirable not essential
- Strong technical insurance knowledge.
- Experience managing large commercial and corporate insurance risks (desirable).
- Commercial acumen, with an understanding of market forces, business drivers, and industry dynamics.
- Proficiency in sales, fee setting, negotiation, and influencing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A client-focused, consultative approach with a commitment to delivering excellence.
