An excellent opportunity is available with our client in the insurance sector. This full-time, permanent role offers office-based or hybrid working options. You will manage a variety of claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients and brokers on claims and settlements
- Handle claims across Motor/Fleet, Property, and Liability lines within SLAs
- Negotiate settlements with insurers, loss adjusters, and service providers
- Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate claims records and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Cert CII or Dip CII (or working towards)
Day-to-Day
- You will manage claims from start to settlement
- Support broker teams
- Attend team meetings as required
- Maintain accurate records in claims systems
Skills
- Strong knowledge of insurance, risk assessment, and underwriting
- Proficient in Acturis, Microsoft Office, and insurer platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship management
- Ability to mentor junior staff
Experience
- Claims handling experience across Motor/Fleet, Property, Liability, and related sectors
