RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of commercial property clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Review and assess clients’ commercial property risks, offering expert advice and coverage recommendations.
- Prepare and present clear, detailed proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic guidance and support business development.
- Handle policy renewals and updates, ensuring ongoing compliance with industry regulations.
- Proactively address client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance services to maximise client value.
DAY-TO-DAY
- Meeting with clients to understand their property insurance requirements and presenting customised solutions.
- Coordinating with insurance providers to negotiate coverage terms and competitive rates.
- Monitoring your client portfolio to identify upsell opportunities and address policy renewal timelines.
- Attending industry events or training sessions to stay updated on market changes and regulatory compliance.
- Working closely with your team to brainstorm and implement innovative approaches to solving client challenges.
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
