Experience
- 3+ years’ commercial underwriting experience
- Strong understanding of underwriting operations
- Confident analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable working independently in a local/home based environment
- Progress toward CII preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive mindset
