The Role
- Lead on major and high-value deals, securing and retaining strategic accounts that directly accelerate business growth
- Build deep, trusted relationships with brokers, uncovering new opportunities and strengthening competitive market position
- Represent the business through in-person meetings, networking, and industry events
- Support and mentor colleagues, championing high standards of service delivery
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless, client-focused outcomes
- Act as a dependable point of contact for priority clients, providing tailored and timely support
What You'll Need
- Strong underwriting expertise across complex Property & Casualty risks, at senior or high-performing level
- Proven track record handling large or technically complex cases with sound judgement and disciplined risk management
