PURPOSE OF ROLE
Lawes Consulting are working with a well respected brokerage to help them find a Commercial Development Account Executive. The business is looking for a driven professional who can take ownership, add value quickly, and play a central role in helping them achieve their goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with different teams to ensure projects and initiatives run smoothly
- Build and deliver strategies that improve efficiency and support company objectives
- Track performance, share insights, and recommend improvements to leadership
- Ensure all work meets company standards and industry requirements
- Encourage team development and promote a culture of continuous improvement
DAY-TO-DAY
- Oversee daily activities to keep operations on track with company priorities
