Job title: SME PMI Insurance Account Handler
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
Location: North West London/Homebased
ROLE
We are seeking a SME PMI Insurance Account Handler to join an established insurance brokerage. The role offers hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 working from home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional service in the healthcare insurance industry. Predominantly a renewals role with some new business. This role requires strong account handling skills and experience in Group/SME PMI risks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare insurance clients
- Assisting clients with their insurance inquiries and providing knowledgeable guidance
- Managing client accounts and ensuring accuracy of policy information
- Collaborating with insurance underwriters to provide tailored insurance solutions
- Monitoring industry trends and keeping clients informed about changes in healthcare insurance regulations
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in account handling in Group/SME private medical insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A solid understanding of healthcare insurance policies and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Researching and analysing healthcare insurance market trends
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintaining client records and policy documentation with precision
- Keeping abreast of changes in healthcare insurance regulations and compliance standards
