Our client, a reinsurance division of a leading global insurance broker, is offering an excellent opportunity for a Reinsurance Client Service Technician to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be integral to the team, handling claims processing, slip preparation, and delivering full support to brokers., * Process Proportional and Non-Proportional accounts, Excess of Loss, and Claims

Engage with clients and carriers on a technical level

Independently manage priorities and support team colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients

Participate in client and reinsurer meetings as required

Provide broker support including debroking, risk sign down, and account statistics maintenance

Negotiate and manage Excess of Loss claims, including complex claims and underwriter representation

Utilise electronic methods throughout the full process
-
Any line of business accepted but MUST have reinsurance experience, with a strong understanding of processing all risk types, proportional, excess of loss premiums, and claims

Familiarity with Salesforce and Open TWINS is advantageous

Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurers, and associates

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adhere to industry standards and procedures

In-depth knowledge of IMR, CLASS, ECF, LORS, and Microsoft products, * Strong technical knowledge of the Lloyd’s and/or Company Reinsurance market

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
