Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation for new clients, capturing insurance requirements accurately
- Obtain renewal terms, research market alternatives, and prepare client presentations
- Coordinate renewals and mid-term adjustments, keeping systems updated
- Manage insurer queries — confirming cover, processing policies, chasing documentation
- Review insurer policy docs for accuracy before client delivery
- Handle account queries and credit control, escalating where needed
- Apply regulatory and compliance requirements across client work
