Our client is a well-known name in the local market looking for an experienced Account Executive to take over a sizable portfolio of SME and Mid-Corporate clients. The main focus of this role is client retention, so there will not be pressure to generate new business.

Our client, an established Insurance Broker, is recruiting for a Commercial Account Executive to join their expanding business based in Nottingham. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of clients worth approximately £250,000 in commission income. Aim to achieve a 100% retention rate by providing outstanding service.

Duties will include:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients;
  • Provide broking and administrative services to clients;
  • Handle the team's portfolio of business and contribute towards achieving team targets for new business, renewals, and GWP.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience of Commercial Insurance dealing with SME level clients;
  • Sales/New Business experience;
  • Experience dealing with clients over the telephone and face to face;
  • Outlook and all-round PC skills;
  • Cert CII Qualified or be willing to work towards;
  • Keen and eager individual prepared to work hard.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 8 years Commercial Executive exposure;
  • Good customer service experience;
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
