- Act as a key claims advocate for clients, negotiating with insurers, TPAs, adjusters and legal representatives to support favourable and timely outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of CLASS and ECF systems, ensuring efficient submission, tracking and agreement of claims within the Lloyd’s and company markets.
- Provide claims support across financial lines (D&O, E&O, Financial Institutions, Professional Indemnity) and property, including CAT and technical industrial risks, for both direct and reinsurance placements.
- Use broking systems to produce documents and accounting entries, ensuring their accuracy.
- Liaise with colleagues across London and overseas offices to deliver a consistent and collaborative claims service.
- Participate in client reviews, renewal preparation and underwriter and broker meetings.
