You will be managing your own portfolio of accounts whilst maximising client retention and maximising revenue streams from the leads provided to you. This opportunity offers a structured route into management.

The Role
As a Senior Account Executive in the commercial team, you will work alongside the Board to set the strategy for growth developing new markets and opportunities. You will lead from the front on key prospects and clients working with your internal sales and Account Handling colleagues to expand market share through the acquisition and service of profitable cases. Working directly alongside the Managing Director on the largest and complex clients the business deals with, the focus is on large commercial cases. Support with professional qualification will be provided to successful candidates. The role provides a route into management through a very real succession plan.

- General Commercial Insurance knowledge and experience ideally from a similar role
- High level of ambition and drive
- Ability to generate new business
- Sales orientated self-managed target orientated
- Ability to build a successful pipeline
- Exceptional customer focus with great relationship building skills
- DIP CII is mandatory with ACII qualification being preferred
