We are currently working with a leading global broker who due to expansion are recruiting for a Commercial Claims Manager to join their expanding team in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for leading a team of claims handlers, providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and clear development pathways to build technical expertise and support career progression.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Claims team, ensuring the effective management of commercial claims and the delivery of a high-quality, customer-centric service.
- Support the development and execution of operational strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and the consistent delivery of service excellence.
- Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development, setting clear expectations and leading by example.
- Analyse performance data, management information (MI), and operational trends to identify opportunities for improvement, partnering with the Claims Operations and Business Performance Manager to implement lasting efficiencies and enhancements.
