Exciting new opportunity to work alongside one of the most highly regarded leaders in the Scottish broking arena. Working closely with this director you will be responsible for delivering bespoke commercial insurance solutions to some of his largest clients.
The role
- Responsible for servicing commercial / corporate insurance clients.
- Handle new and existing business risks.
- Deal with quotations renewals MTAs market submission presentations etc.
- Provide a quality service to clients acquire optimal retention numbers and push for growth where appropriate.
- Build strong and robust client and insurer relationships.
- Offer the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Experience and Qualifications
- Hold / working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications : Cert CII / Dip CII / ACII.
- Technical working knowledge of general commercial lines insurance products and services.
- Proficient in MS office and Acturis experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent client service focus the customer is always your top priority
- Generate and driving new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Actively deal with ambiguity and have outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
- Continually build your industry knowledge and see k development.
- Eligible to work in the UK
