Looking for an \’up & coming\’ Account Executive – will be given a book of circa £100k with expectation that they grow that to £250k minimum by end of year 3.
They would need to provide a business plan and advise how they would achieve.
Can be Birmingham or Hitchin based.
Absolutely need to drive – client visits massive part of the role.
They would need to be in the office on a reasonable basis perhaps two days in the office – three days visiting clients/prepping at home etc.
They would need to be competent in presenting risks to the market, liaising with internal brokers and insurer underwriters – identifying cover requirements etc so need to be a good all rounder.
Min 5-7 years commercial broking experience – and with a proven sales ability – or at the very least the indication that they could be !
