Position Profile
As an Account Executive at Clear Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and strengthening client relationships. Focused on both new business acquisition and client retention, you will actively seek out and identify fresh opportunities, while ensuring existing clients\’ evolving needs are met with expert insurance solutions.
You will work closely with clients to provide tailored advice, manage policy renewals, and navigate the complexities of the insurance market. This is a proactive, results-driven role that requires a mix of new business development, strong client service, and in-depth industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a strategic advisor to your clients, building deep, consultative relationships based on trust, expertise, and consistency.

Experience and Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Account Executive within the insurance sector, with a focus on commercial insurance and new business development.
