Job Title: Commercial Account Executive
Location: Watford
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Salary: Β£60,000 β Β£70,000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Building, managing, and growing a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts with a focus on Large complex construction businesses.
- Developing tailored strategies to address the unique needs and goals of each partner, emphasizing long-lasting professional relationships.
- Conducting market research to identify business opportunities and presenting innovative solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiating and closing sales agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless account management and satisfaction.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to address challenges and meet objectives.
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
- Staying informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and advancements in Sports and Leisure markets, leveraging this knowledge to support client growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Commercial Executive, or in a similar client-facing sales role
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that resonate with a diverse audience, internally and externally.
- A strong ability to craft creative and practical solutions that align with both client goals and company objectives.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking, with excellent attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate across disciplines and share knowledge and expertise.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with sales automation tools a plus.
