Overview: Lawes are working with a leading name in the market who due to expansion have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler to step into a Desk based Account Executive role. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to have full training capacity to progress into a Commercial Executive and maintain a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients, ranging from sole traders to senior executives of large organizations.
  • Develop business opportunities through marketing initiatives, community engagement, networking, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to achieve team objectives and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities with a tenacious and curious approach.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Actively listen to clients, ask insightful questions, and identify opportunities to deliver the best outcomes.
  • Continuously learn and develop your professional skills to progress your career within the organization.

Day-to-Day

  • Engaging with clients through meetings, calls, and networking events to understand their insurance needs.
  • Collaborating with the Branch Manager and team members to strategize and achieve business goals.
