Presenting propositions for larger Mid-Market and Mid-Corporate risks, negotiating coverage, wording and pricing with trading underwriters.
Building a strong pipeline of qualified growth opportunities through client and broker relationships.
Leading the large case management process for new business.
Developing and owning broker relationships across the region, with full accountability for generation, placement and retention of profitable business.
Underwriting new and existing business in line with underwriting controls, acting as a referral point in branch.
Maintaining a quality distribution strategy with key brokers to hit financial KPIs.
