Provide legal support to markets and derivatives business in OCBC head office and other global market branches and subsidiaries of the company.

Responsible for drafting and negotiating Master Agreements and other trading agreements, as well as related collateral agreements (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, TMA) with counterparties in various jurisdictions.

Coordinate with and respond to queries relating to Master Agreements from other functional specialists.
