Residential conveyancers (remote, f/t or p/t)

We have an established remote and hybrid setup for our conveyancing teams to include friendly work-from-home groups, fully electronic files, working case management, AI generated title reports, electronic signature platforms and head office support team.

We currently have opportunities for employed home working conveyancing solicitors, executives and fee earning paralegals to be part of a team handling residential conveyancing caseloads of freehold and leasehold transactions.

We will also consider self-employed consultants with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

As part of a structured and supported team, you will be responsible for client care, anti-money laundering compliance checks, title investigations, enquiries, reporting to clients and lenders, exchange of contracts, communications with relevant stakeholders and completion formalities.

Full administrative support is provided for file set up, contract packs, completion statements and post-completion documents.

Qualifications

A minimum of two years conveyancing experience.
