A leading conveyancing law firm is seeking a sales and operations manager to work full time from its head office in Whiteley, Hampshire. This is a wide-ranging role for a non-lawyer to make an impact within a dynamic law firm environment. Would suit an estate agent, mortgage broker or similar with some previous managerial experience who has a good grasp of the residential conveyancing process, has ideas of how the process could be improved and who can ensure that the firm’s conveyancing sales and operations are streamlined, functional and subject to continuous development.
Working with senior conveyancing solicitors you will be responsible for:
- Oversight of client acquisition and intake processes
- Operational responsibility for delivery of satisfactory client outcomes in accordance with set service standards and workflows
- Problem solving by working with technical, compliance, technology and finance teams
- Fast track issue resolution
- Seeking continuous improvement of processes and procedures to ensure scalability
Key skills and experience required:
- Sales and operational experience within the property industry
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional manner when dealing with clients and lawyers
