Large international law firm (Cannon Street) with an excellent reputation is currently recruiting for a Team PA to support their Head of Information Technology and team. It involves working closely with the Central Management teams, including the Managing and Senior Partners, and is quite different from working for lawyers.
This is a key role within the team and essential as the ‘Face’ of the firm's IT function, making it a highly visible position. You will be encouraged to build strong business relationships with all business function heads and the principal training partners.
The role involves a lot of diary management, scheduling, and the opportunity to get involved with Projects and Innovation training events. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of how the department functions and the goals and objectives of the IT Team.
You will need to be a highly organised and driven PA with a strong track record in providing administrative support in an emotionally intelligent way. You should enjoy responsibility and be willing to take on projects.
PA experience gained at Head of Department level is required (Law Firm experience is not necessary), but corporate experience is essential, along with an innate sense of fun and a desire for personal and firm success.
