Job Description

An exciting role helping to manage this impressive UK law firms’ rewards and benefits. Working closely with the HR and Payroll team you will ensure the firm is always offering the most competitive offering and remains at the forefront of their profession. You would be responsible for managing the relationship between the firm and its benefits suppliers and also build a network of similar firms to help with benchmarking trends and salaries.  You will need previous HR/Payroll experience within a similar corporate environment and some exposure to benefits and rewards.
