This large international law firm with an excellent reputation is currently recruiting for an EA to support their Chief People Officer in a genuine one-to-one role. It’s a highly visible role, essentially part of the wider HR team, working alongside them and the Managing and Senior Partners - forming a constructive working relationship with the CPO, anticipating her requirements and always providing an efficient and effective service, especially when it comes to diary and inbox management.
You will be providing confidential technical and administrative support, whilst coordinating competing priorities. It’s an involved role working with extremely sensitive data at all times and collaborating with the Central Management EAs to deliver a cohesive and efficient service supporting the Firm’s HR People plan.
To apply, you will have:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience gained in law or other partnership or professional services environment, supporting an HR Director or Head of HR. THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
- Exemplary organisational skills and excellent communication skills, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Exposure to project management work is an advantage.
