- Working with business support heads to ensure appropriate training for business support and secretarial teams, trainees and NQ's
- Liaising with outside providers
- Coordinating the firm’s trainee and NQ programmes
- Helping to spearhead their transformation to digital learning
Previous Learning & Development experience in a law firm or other professional services environment is needed.
