It's working for a superb boutique law firm who have asked us to find them an experienced HR Manager who would be happy take on a standalone role working directly with the Partners. The role we entail a great mixture of ER and project based work including updating all their policies and procedures. The envisage that someone would need at least 5 years Legal HR experience and have the confidence to become a vital part of their management team. They are happy to consider the role as either 3 or 4 days per week with some hybrid working options.
