Job Description

Fantastic new role with one of the city’s best-known firms. You will be responsible for facilitating world class learning business and management learning programmes for this international law firm.

Reporting in to the Head of Organisational Learning and Development, you will be actively involved in the full learning life cycle – process (scoping, objectives, scripting, design approach, delivery, prototypes, reviews, tools and evaluation). Furthermore, you will also provide one to one coaching for participants of the programmes you will be delivering.

Great opportunity for an L&D Coaching specialist to bring to bear all theirskills and experience so far in a role that is by no means defined and is ready for development.

A proven track record of personal development and growth is essential as is a Degree, Level 7 qualification in Learning & Development or Executive Coaching and accreditation of a recognised coaching body EMCC, ICF, AC

This role is initially offered on a 12-14 Month Fixed term contract basis.
