Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced and formally qualified business coach (EMCC, ICF, AC) to join a highly successful law firm, coaching ‘in-house’ their trainees, junior and senior lawyers.

The Role

Reporting to the head of organisational learning and development, you will be responsible for facilitating world class business and management learning programmes across the firm, actively involved in the full learning life cycle process (scoping, objectives, scripting, design approach, prototypes, reviews, tools and evaluation) in order to provide  industry leading core business, management and leadership development to support every individual within the firm.

You will be an experienced business management coach with solid professional experience in a corporate setting, be familiar with facilitating learning and development programmes and sessions to key internal stakeholders and hold a coaching qualification from an accredited organisation.
