This international law firm based in London is looking for a Billing Administrator to step into their friendly and supportive firm to liaise with Partners, Fee Earners and PAs to complete accurate client account billing.
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring fees and disbursements are accurate
- Checking and amending entries and narratives
- Proficiently using system Elite 3E
- Acting as the first point of contact for client queries regarding invoices
To apply for this role, it is imperative that you have Legal or Professional Services experience working within billing, and experience using Elite 3E is preferable. This role is 60/40 hybrid working and will pay up to £32k.
