HGV Sales Person
As a leader in the commercial vehicle industry, we are looking for someone to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. Job Description
In the role of HGV Sales Person you will have a hands-on approach to dealing with our customers. You will be required to assist our sales team with general enquiries and ensure that all customers are dealt with professionally and promptly.
Your duties will include:
Demonstrating use of vehicles for customers
Assisting with customers that arrive on site
Communicating with customers in person, over the phone and via email
Following up enquiries to maximise sales
Managing after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Helping ensure the efficient production of new stock by liaising with our in-house valeting team
Photographing of vehicles that are being prepared to be sold.
Person Specification
We are looking for an individual who is willing to learn and adapt under pressure. You will be positive and approachable and be able to assist your colleagues where needed. You will be excellent at multi-tasking and proactive in your approach to your work. You will primarily be based in our 12- acre yard.
Sales experience preferred
HGV driving licence advantageous
Experience with motor vehicles essential
Hands-on attitude essential
Basic mechanical understanding advantageous but not essential.
Working hours Monday - Friday 8.00am - 18.00pm
Salary: £30000.00 to £40000.00 per year
