We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Technology Support Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent position in their expanding, collaborative London office, to provide desk-side technology customer support, and to assist with broader strategic projects and operational activities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the IT helpdesk ticketing system to ensure requests can be resolved in a timely manner.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues through deskside support.
- Assisting with application support for desktop and mobile devices.
- Participating in pre-pilots and reporting findings.
- Assisting with physical support for infrastructure.
- Creating, editing, and maintaining knowledge base articles.
- Adhering to IT policies and procedures and recommending changes.
- Collaboratively working with colleagues throughout the firm.
- Participating in projects, as necessary.
The firm are offering a highly competitive salary range dependent upon experience and hybrid working arrangements are in place once embedded.
Suitable candidates will have attained a technical degree, and have gained prior technical support experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary prioritisation, communication, and organisation skills.
