We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. This role will work as part of their highly collaborative recruitment team in London, and the successful applicant will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for Business Services and Associate recruitment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and meeting recruitment needs across the London office.
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring terms and conditions are negotiated and signed.
  • Monitoring CVs and candidates through the recruitment portal, flagging duplicates, and updating data.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Coordinating with agencies to coordinate interviews and feedback.
  • Drafting contracts of employment and offer letters.
  • Supporting with recruitment events as necessary.

The firm are offering a highly competitive salary benefits package, and hybrid working arrangements are in place. Suitable candidates will have gained circa 5+ years of prior recruitment experience within a law firm and will ideally have a recognised CIPD qualification. We are seeking applicants with exemplary communication, negotiation, attention to detail, and organisation skills.
