Our client is seeking an experienced IP Records or Administrative professional to join their well-established support team.
In this position you will assist with onboarding new cases supporting both the Patent and Trade Mark teams and docket all incoming correspondence from IPOs, clients, and foreign agents. You will also be responsible for data verification ensuring all IP data is accurate, deal with internal queries, and be responsible for ensuring late instructions or last-minute payments are completed.
The ideal candidate will be CIPA and/or CITMA Qualified and have 2-3 years’ experience in a Patent Records, Patent Administration, or Patent Formalities role. The firm are open to hybrid or fully remote.
