The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are working with a highly regarding city based law firm who are seeking a paralegal to join their property litigation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the solicitors whilst building your own caseload. You will be required to attend the office three days a week and work remotely for the other two.
This exciting role will give you the opportunity work on a broad range of matters including breach of tenancy, anti-social behaviour and unauthorised occupiers, injunction proceedings as well as disrepair claims and claims against leaseholders including forfeiture. Daily duties will include drafting and preparing claim forms, pleadings and witness statements, preparing trial bundles, attending court to assist barristers as well conducting advocacy in the county court on routine matters.
Applicants will have successfully completed a law degree or equivalent and will have gained previous litigation/disputes experience, preferably within the property sector. Solid drafting skills are required coupled with the ability to prepare pleadings and witness statements. First class organisations skills are paramount., * Advocacy
