Job Description
Our client, a leading US law firm in the City of London, is seeking to hire an Office Services Assistant to provide a pro-active service to all fee earners and support staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: postal deliveries, courier booking, reprographic duties, assisting with the ordering of office supplies, setting up meeting rooms, liaising with security & building contractors, ensuring work stations are set up correctly, health & safety tasks, archiving and general housekeeping duties alongside any other ad hoc duties as required to assist the Office Services Manager.
Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a collaborative team, in similar role in a city law firm or professional services environment. Applicants should demonstrate a strong IT proficiency and a professional, flexible and adaptable approach.
This is a full-time, permanent position, paying a salary of up to circa £30,000 per annum, plus benefits.
