We are working with a dynamic and well-capitalised property investor with over 25 years’ experience across residential, industrial and commercial assets. They are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join the in-house legal team. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to manage a broad mix of residential and commercial property matters within a fast-paced and professional environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end property transactions (residential and commercial)
- Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation
- Handling post-completion matters, including registrations and SDLT
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Supporting senior stakeholders across the property function
Requirements:
- UK qualified lawyer with 2+ years PQE in conveyancing/property law
- Strong experience managing a high-volume caseload
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be within commutable distance to SW11
- This is an office based role
