The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are working with a highly regarded city based law firm who are seeking a paralegal to join the litigation and dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will be joining a thriving department, whilst gaining invaluable experience of handling a varied caseload.

You will be required to attend the office four days a week and work remotely for one day. This exciting role will require you to support senior fee earners and correspond with clients, opposition and third parties to progress client files.

Daily duties will include:

  • Drafting and submitting pleadings/statements of case for the County Court and High Court
  • Ensuring that deadlines are managed relating to a variety of cases at any one time
  • Liaising with Court prior to trials/hearings
  • Preparing court bundles and cost budgets

Applicants will have successfully completed a law degree or equivalent and will have gained significant litigation experience. Solid drafting skills are required coupled with the ability to work on multiple matters concurrently. First class organisational skills are paramount.
