We are delighted to be working with a well-established intellectual property practice on the appointment of a Legal Secretary to join their busy IP Solicitor team. This opportunity will see the successful individual provide a broad range of secretarial, PA, and administrative support to solicitors within a fast-paced litigation environment.
Duties will include:
- Preparing legal correspondence and agreements
- Diary and travel management
- Billing support
- Conflict checks
- File management
- Maintaining key dates and deadlines using systems such as IPMS and CMS
The client is keen to hear from experienced Legal Secretaries from any legal discipline who have worked within a deadline-driven environment.
