We are currently recruiting for a Legal Recruitment Assistant to join the London office of a leading global law firm on a permanent basis. Working as part of the Legal Recruitment team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment activity and administration.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for agencies and managing relationships.
  • Reviewing and coordinating agency approaches.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date recruitment administration.
  • Supporting document and candidate record management.
  • Creating vacancies and preparing candidate shortlists on Workday.
  • Researching and suggesting improvements for hiring strategy.
  • Organising and coordinating agency briefings.
  • Working with the wider teams to support hiring and invoicing processes.
  • Collecting and sharing candidate feedback.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Ad hoc support to the wider recruitment team as necessary.
