Personal Assistant – Transactional Shipping Team
London (Hybrid) | Permanent
A leading international law firm is seeking a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to join its busy transactional shipping team. This role supports senior partners and lawyers, providing a mix of administrative, client-facing, and organisational support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries, travel, and meetings for fee earners
- Handling client onboarding, engagement letters, and basic queries
- Assisting with billing, expenses, and matter management
- Supporting marketing, events, and business development activities
