Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a brand-new Office Administration Assistant vacancy, to work in the London office of a leading US law firm.

This is an office-based role to support the Legal PAs with administrative operations.

Typical duties will include:

  • Providing admin support including printing, photocopying, scanning, bundling, bibling, making up files, label printing and adding signatures.
  • Support with e-filing and locating documents.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and internal memos as directed.
  • Booking couriers and arranging postal services.
  • Assisting with internal room and video conference bookings, meetings, maintaining calendars, and supporting with basic travel arrangements for legal staff as required.
  • Creating documents and completing minor edits and formatting (e.g. engagement letters).
  • Assisting with administration for office and client events.
  • Liaising with vendors, clients, and internal departments to facilitate efficient office operations.
  • Participating in special projects.

A competitive salary of £35,000 is on offer, plus benefits.
