We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Helpdesk Assistant to work in the London office of a leading US law firm in stunning offices in the City. The role will be offered on a full-time, permanent basis working on an alternate shift pattern of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm / 10am to 7pm.

Duties will include:

  • Responding to Facility Helpdesk queries via email/phone.
  • Ensuring timely completion of requests, and coordinating with maintenance teams.
  • Arranging access for contractors.
  • Supporting the Facilities Supervisor with vendor management and soft services.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Communicating with other departments as needed such as IT and catering.
  • Managing conference room bookings in EMS.
  • Registering visitors in the Visitor Management system.
  • Reporting technical issues.
  • Providing a smooth shift handover.
