An exciting opportunity has arisen for a facilities assistant to join a well-established London based law firm. The successful applicant will be fully office based (5 days a week) and be responsible for providing facilities and administrative support to the firm.
Daily duties will include:
- Setting up PCs for new joiners and troubleshooting issues
- Organising desk moves
- Running errands outside the office
- Providing administrative support
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
