Our client, a medium sized Westend law firm, requires a Document Specialist to provide first-class document production support for all groups within the firm. The role would suit a professional, reliable, efficient and highly organised individual, with excellent communication skills together with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

The individual should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team with excellent MS suite skills. The team works across three recognised areas of specialism: Core, Technical and Design. All team members must maintain a solid foundation in core DP tasks; however, this role is designated as a Design Specialist, with expertise demonstrated through high-level PowerPoint and Word capability and a strong design-led approach.

This structure allows the team to deliver consistently high-quality work while supporting professional development and knowledge-sharing across the group. To secure this role, they require an experienced DP Operator. The role is fully remote, with a salary up to £43K. You may be required to go into the office from time to time. This is a 12 month FTC with shifts of 7 hours between pm.
