Our client, a medium sized law firm in Chancery Lane, have a vacancy for an experienced PA. The role is unique in that the two Partners and two other members of staff are very entrepreneurial and rely on their PA to be one step ahead of them. They are looking for an experienced PA who has worked in a similar role before in corporate or banking and has the ability to run a busy diary and undertake PA duties, as well as billing, travel arrangements and other hands-on duties. This is a rare role where you will be relied on heavily and really get to make the role your own.

The team are looking for someone with the following skill set:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience of diary management/researching and booking of travel and accommodation
  • Communication and interpersonal relationship building
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use initiative and be proactive within the team

Based in leafy offices in a stunning part of London, you will be working four days a week in the office and one from home. You will be working for two Senior Tax Partners and a Manager; your day will be a busy one. This is a 12 month FTC role. Salary up to £51K.
