A well-established and reputable law firm are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join the team at their Birmingham office. This exciting opportunity requires fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese to assist our diverse client base.

You must have proven experience and knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures.

Duties include

  • Providing support to solicitors in all stages of residential conveyancing

  • Preparing client correspondence using our case management system

  • Attending to clients both over the phone and in person

  • Managing and administering client filing systems, including opening, closing, storing, and retrieving client files

  • Organising and preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch

  • Managing solicitor diaries and appointments
