We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Antitrust and Competition Paralegal. This will be an initial 6-month FTC in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Antitrust Competition team with administrative and legal tasks, and handling assigned projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Researching business activities between merging parties.
- Assisting with and analysing filing preparations for review and submission.
- Researching precedent cases, points of law, and process.
- Proofreading documents.
- Assisting with the development of Antitrust and Competition groups and the coordination of training materials.
- Helping with practice group events and attending practice group meetings.
The firm are offering a highly competitive salary benefits package, and 4:1 hybrid working arrangements are in place. Suitable candidates will have gained strong academic qualifications, and have exemplary attention to detail, communication, and organisation skills. Applicants with a particular interest in Antitrust Competition and demonstrated experience within the field via academics or work experience are highly desired.
