IP Support is working with a tier one international law firm in their search for a senior trade mark administrator. The role will support a truly global trade mark team with new and ongoing projects which may include:
- Portfolio onboarding
- Co-ordinating recordal and renewal projects
- Reviewing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with due diligence and data verifications
- Preparing and filing application forms
- Maintaining documentation and internal systems
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Trade Mark Administrator or Trade Mark Paralegal and a good working knowledge of WebTMS or another IP management system, and be able to demonstrate a strong level of global procedural knowledge.
