A highly regarded and well respected law firm based in Newcastle are currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join the firms Real Estate department. As a Legal Secretary you will provide efficient administrative support within tight deadlines while working collaboratively in a team environment.
The firm offer hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
You will be required to have previous legal secretarial experience, the firm offer a competitive salary banding plus excellent benefits package including 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension, health and dental cover, discounted shopping, life assurance and interest free season ticket loan.
Legal Secretary Duties
- General typing and document preparation.
- Requisitioning property searches and producing related reports.
- Opening and closing client files.
- Diary management and scheduling appointments.
- E-filing of documents and managing digital records.
- preparation and submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax forms
